Terms Of Service

1. General terms
- All drawings will include a CM logo and signature that you may not remove
- Prices are subject to change based on demand
- I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason
- You may be added to a waitlist if im currently working on commissions
- Base prices are only for the car drawings themselves- any additional elements will be charged for separately.
- I reserve the right to request a 50% deposit prior to starting work on your drawing. If a deposit is requested, an payment link will be generated and delivered to you via email/direct message and payment is expected as soon as possible. By remitting deposit funds you are accepting these Terms of Service and entering a contract with Cherrymotive.

2. Pricing - Coloured Drawings
- All commissions must have an upfront 50% deposit
- My pricing consists of base prices which are:
£100* GBP for A5
£150* GBP for A4
£220* GBP for A3
Base prices may or may not be the final price of the commission - the buyer will recieve a quote of the base price to the maximum predicted price, and will have to be prepared to pay the price within the range given
- Predicted duration and complexity of the commission will be considered and added into the price range (examples of this would be when the chosen vehicle has a complex wrap, patterns or additional requests made by the buyer)
- Extra requests of backgrounds, element changes or any alterations that are not in the reference picture will have an additional charge added on top of the base price.

3. Pricing - Digital Drawings
- All commissions must have an upfront 50% deposit
- Base pricing for digital drawings are:
£20* GBP for Coloured Line Art
£40* GBP for Vector
£60* GBP for Illustration
- The buyer will recieve a quote of the base price to the maximum predicted price, and will have to be prepared to pay the price within the range given
- Extra requests of backgrounds, element changes or any alterations that are not in the reference picture will have an additional charge added to the base price.
- Final artwork will be sent as a digital file

4. Pricing - Lined Drawings
-Total payment with postage will be requested at the start
- Pricing for lined drawings are:
£10 GBP for A5
£15 GBP for A4
£20 GBP for A3
- The buyer has the option to choose the car, a car logo and any writing to go with the artwork if requested
- Additional cars can be added to A4 and A3 drawings
- Each additional car will be £10
- A4 can have maximum 2 cars on the same page
- A3 can have maximum 3 cars on the same page

5. Payment
- Currency is accepted in GBP and must be paid through PayPal
- Do not send me funds before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested the payment
- Full payment has to be received before the commission is sent - if full payment is not recieved due to fee's you will be required to repay until I have recieved the required amount
- To avoid additional fee's when paying through paypalme, ild reccomend not using the business option

6. Process
- I will notify you when I have started on your commission, therefore you lose the rights to a refund
- While I'm working on your commission, updates will be sent
- During the updates you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually consist of unfinished work (don't worry this is not the finished product!)
- The time it takes to finish your commission usually takes between 2-30 working days depending on factors such as health, size of artwork and complexity
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time you will be notified ASAP

7. Delivery
- Delivery prices for overseas start from £9, usually requires a signature upon collection and comes with a tracking number
- Domestic delivery prices are between £1 to £7 which come with proof of delivery or/and a tracking number
- The usual delivery time for overseas is 10 days, for domestic delivery the usual time is 1-5 days (Due to COVID-19 these times may vary)
- Any delays/damages/losses that are caused after the artwork is sent, I am not responsible for and will either have to be discussed with Royal mail or your mail service provider
- If an incorrect address is provided and is not corrected by the time I have sent the commission, a refund will not be given

8. Copyright/Usage policy
I, Cherrymotive (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with it everywhere
- Make merchandise featuring the art
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use, unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. With my logo visible)

The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature and logo from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent

I, Cherrymotive (the artist), reserve the full rights to the artwork and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon
